Ode to the Macaron
I've been a bit obsessed with macarons lately...I love their pretty pastel colors, their shape, and meringue-like crispness. The biggest bonus of all for me is that they are wheat free!! I'm wheat intolerant, so it can make eating tricky at times...especially in the sweets department.

I made macarons successfully three times...then I took a class in how to make them in Feb and all other attempts have failed! They are fun to try and so good. I love Paulette!
