Be Brave.

I came across this lovely image while perusing one of my favorite blogs, The Simply Luxurious Life. It lifted my spirit with it's gentle message. I love the idea of being brave as an act of inspiration to and for others. Imagine all the *yummy change* we could create just by being brave in order to inspire others to do the same.

I love looking up the origin of words, and the word "brave" comes from the Italian "bravo" which means "bold". Bravery is a bold act at times. Essentially being brave is a choice. Today, I hope you choose to be brave in all that you do and with everyone that you encounter-who knows, you just might inspire someone else to do the same. What have you got to lose?

*Being the first to say "I love you"
*Saying what's really going on when someone asks "How are you?"
*Smiling...sometimes it's the bravest thing we can do.
